How do I use Sanao.Health?

Simply type your symptoms or health concerns in the search box. Our AI will analyze and categorize the results into different treatment options. Visit the site here.

You must enter health symptoms or medical conditions. Generic or irrelevant content like "how are you" will not work.

Do I need to create an account?

You can try one free search without an account. To access more features like search history, subscription plans, and special blends, you'll need to sign in with your Google account.

What can I search for?

You can search for any health symptoms, medical conditions, or health concerns. Examples:

  • High blood pressure
  • Diabetes
  • Back pain
  • Anxiety
  • Sleep problems
How do I sign in?

Click the "Sign in" button in the top right corner and use your Google account. We use secure Google authentication and only access basic profile information (name, email).

What are "Special blends"?

Special blends is a feature available to try on all plans, although for more usage you need to upgrade to a Pro or Premium plan. They include:

  • Ancient fusion blend - Traditional remedies from Chinese and Indian medicine
  • Traditional source blend - Latin American traditional medicine approaches

These provide additional treatment options based on traditional healing practices from different cultures.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel anytime through your profile page. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

Refund Policy: No refunds are provided for partial months. You can continue using your paid features until your subscription expires.

When do my searches reset?

Search limits reset monthly on your billing date. You can see your current usage and next reset date in your profile page under "Your usage."

How is billing handled?

All payments are processed securely through Polar.sh. We don't store any payment information on our servers. Subscriptions automatically renew monthly unless cancelled.

What does "Learn more" do?

Clicking "Learn more" next to any treatment option takes you to a detailed page with specific information about that remedy, including usage instructions, benefits, and safety considerations.

How does search history work?

Your search history is saved temporarily based on your subscription:

  • Free: 3 days
  • Pro: 7 days
  • Premium: 14 days

You can access your recent searches from the sidebar to quickly revisit previous results.

Can I change the language?

Yes! How accurate are the results?

Our AI analyzes information from reputable online health sources and medical websites. However, this information is for educational purposes only and should not replace professional medical advice.

Where do the sources come from?

All results include source links showing where the information was found. We gather data from publicly available medical websites, health organizations, and research sources. You can view all sources by clicking the "Sources" button on any results page.

How do I access my profile?

Click on the settings icon in top right corner or menu icon on the left in mobile view to access your account settings, usage information, and subscription management.

What information do you store about me?

We only store:

  • Basic Google account info (name, email, profile picture)
  • Your search history for 3-14 days (depending on subscription)
  • Usage statistics and subscription status

We do not store personal health information or detailed medical data.

How do I delete my account?

Go to your profile page and scroll down to the "Danger zone" section. Click "Delete my account" to permanently remove your account and all associated data.

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your search history and subscription access will be lost.

Can I change my email address?

Your email is linked to your Google account. To change it, you would need to use a different Google account or update your primary email in your Google account settings.

How do I sign out?

Go to your profile page and click the "Sign out" button in the Account section.

Privacy & security

Is my health information private?

Yes. We only store your search queries temporarily (7-14 days) and do not store personal health records or detailed medical information. Your searches are used only to provide you with categorized results.

Do you share my data with third parties?

No, we do not sell or share your personal data with third parties. We only share anonymized search terms with search engines to get relevant results for you.

How secure is my account?

We use Google's secure authentication system (Google SSO) which provides industry-standard security. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Can I request my data?

For legal compliance requests regarding your personal data (access, deletion, or correction), you can contact support@sanao.health. We respond to valid requests within 30 days.

Users under 18 may use the service, but we recommend parental supervision when searching for health information. Parents and guardians are responsible for minors' use of health information found through our platform.
